Hello,
My name is Dario and I live in London, in the United Kingdom.
I am looking for a language exchange partner to study Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese.
I'd be happy to help you to learn Spanish and Italian in exchange.

Hi there, I joined this group to have some socialising time. I studied and worked in the UK for 17 years and I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and learning more about them. I speak several languages, but some of these are getting rusty. These are German and Korean.
Furthermore, I would like to learn few Chinese words as I like watching Chinese movies and Chinese language sounds interesting. So if you like to have chat here and there or need a mate to go to places etc. I am happy to join you and meet up.

Hello I’m Chris, I work for a technology startup and have recently returned to London after digital nomading across Europe for the last 3yrs. I originally learned Spanish at school, and have tried to keep practising and improving while I have been travelling.
I enjoy theatre, sports, hiking and generally being in nature as much as possible, and I am interested in exploring exhibitions and events around London.
I would like to grow my network and connect with a native Spanish speaker or someone who can teach me new phrases.

Hi there! My name is Maggie, originally from Poland, but I've been living in the UK for 18 years now. I started learning Japanese around two years ago, but progress has been a bit slow, mostly because I don’t have enough opportunities to practice speaking.
I’m here to improve my conversation skills and to learn more about Japan. I have a wide range of interests, including music, books, martial arts (I practice Shaolin Kung Fu), food, and, of course, all aspects of Japanese culture.
My love for Japanese hardcore/punk music is actually what got me started with learning Japanese in the first place. By day, I work as an accountant, but I also run a small record label called Chopstick Records, where I release Japanese hardcore music in the UK. I also write a blog dedicated to the Japanese hardcore scene, where I publish interviews with musicians, album reviews, and anything related to the underground music scene in Japan. I’m passionate about promoting Japanese artists on this side of the world!
I enjoy talking to people and hearing their stories, especially if we can do it over a nice cup of coffee or tea. I can help you with both English and Polish, so feel free to reach out if you're looking for language exchange. Let’s chat! 🌸

I work in education and am also a freelance writer. However, I have recently become fascinated by language study and wish to improve my language knowledge via this site.
If possible I would like to start through writing (texting, emails) while i build my vocabulary and grammar ......and my confidence! I admit, I am a wee bit shy when it comes to speaking until I build up my knowledge!
In return, I hope to be able to help you improve your level of English.
Look forward to hearing from you!!
