My degree will be in philology - I am currently through my first semester- as I am equally ambitious about harnessing a profound understanding of the ancient world through latin and ancient greek texts. But modern roman languages remain my field of interest. I am Maria and currently I live in Greece, in an island that is called Patmos.

I am a tour guide - I do the guiding in the Cave of the Apocalypse and the monastery of Saint John the Theologian - and of course, in the whole island.
I have a son that is about to finish high school and with my husband, we spend a lot of time watching movies and series on TV, because, quite frankly there are not so many things that you can do on the island!!!!
