I like doing international business, speaking international languages and following up international relations.

I'm 26 years old and I'm from Finland. Currently I work as a pediatric nurse.
I speak Finnish, English, some Swedish and I studied Spanish for 3 years in high school (I understand more than I can speak).
I'd like to learn Korean, and maybe talk to someone in Spanish so I wouldn't forget the language completely. Would also be nice to just speak English with someone :)
As an opposite to my busy work atmosphere, I enjoy relaxing in my free time, for example playing games or watching series.

Hi. I'm Steve. I have a background on the creative side of the Film/TV business, both behind and in front of the camera. Over the past couple years, I have been volunteering as an English language coach for new immigrants to California. I have taken a course and earned a certification as an English Language instructor to do this -- with specialized training in pronunciation.
I hold a BA, summa cum laude, from UC Berkeley in California.
My Spanish is at a B-1 to B-2 level. My hobbies include travel, keeping fit, motorcycling (sport bike riding and track days - I am an ex-racer), and bicycling. I follow Premier League Football (aka soccer). I enjoy experiencing live music, stand up comedy and other performances, as well as seeing art on display, in person, which is always better than looking at photos of art. And of course I enjoy quality film and TV. And yes, I also enjoy reading... haha. I am now officially bored and a little embarrassed talking about myself, so I'll just stop. 🤓. Hello! I love languages! I'm British with English as my mother tongue but I've been living in France for ten years as well as having studied it at university, so I'm fluent in it (level C2).
I studied German from ages twelve to sixteen, and have used Duolingo a few times since then to try and get back into it. I'd love to practice speaking German with someone who wants to practice English and/or French!
