Ni hao! Wo shi Alan. Hen gaoxing renshi ni. I am an American who has lived abroad for about six years, having taught in both Taiwan and Thailand. Currently, I teach English at a university in Thailand.

My favorite hobbies/interests include reading, traveling, hanging out with friends, meeting interesting people from all over the world, and drinking copious amounts of coffee.

It has been a while since I've spoken Chinese, but I don't want to lose my ability to speak and hope to continue improving my speaking skills in the language.
