Vietnamese-English-Language and Culture exchange

Ha Noi, Vietnã

Hello everyone, my name is Hien. Currently, I am an English teacher in Vietnam with more than 7 years of teaching experience. Four years ago, I was also a host of 2 clubs about IELTS speaking and language exchange when I was at university, and now I wanna make it online due to this Covid period.

I love traveling, exploring new languages and cultures from different countries. I'd love to make new friends and know more about your languages too ^^

I would like to practice Vietnamese with all of you and share our Vietnamese culture. My goal language is Chinese (Mandarin) and some basic Dutch. So that, do not hesitate to reach me anytime if you want to practice Vietnamese, English, Chinese and Dutch hehe

See you soon!

Language Exchange Walks Duisburg

Duisburg, Alemanha

We meet once a month to walk around sportspark Duisburg-Wedau and talk to each other in different languages and exchange experiences and learn about our different cultures that way. The most spoken languages are English and German, but any language is welcome, that's why I marked them all.
Even if I do not speak Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Tamil...I am interested in learning about their cultures, too.
Of course the meetings are in accordance with the currrent Covid-19 rules which at the moment ( January 2022 ) means that if we happen to be more than 2 people we will have to divide the group ( by language since this makes the most sense ) and if non-vaccinated people want to join they have to walk in pairs but separately from the rest of the group. ( Reason: As soon as one non-vaccinated person participates, it will reduce the maximum number of people allowed to 2 households. )
Meeting point: in front of DSV98, Kruppstr. 26, 47055 Duisburg
Time and date of the meeting: Every 2nd Saturday of the month at 15 hours. This means the next meeting will be on 12th February, then on 12th March and so on.

English /Dutch-Indonesian Language Exchange

Utrecht, Países Baixos

I'm an American living in the Netherlands over 10 years now. Unfortunately, there's not any events for learning Indonesian. I know there's plenty of Indonesians looking to learn either English, Dutch or both. Let's all come together and help each other. I'm not sure when the first exchange will be. The platform to be used will also be decided asap.
